Vacation Rental Cancellation Policies

- Deposits: Advance
reservations advised. A deposit equal to one night's
stay or 50% of stay; whichever is greater applies.
An additional security/damage deposit of $500.00 is due upon check-in and refundable
after inspection of home and premises at departure.
- For any stays over Fantasy Fest and the Christmas/New Year Holiday period, 50% of total stay will be charged at time of booking and balance will be charged to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. If arriving within 60 days of booking, full payment is due at time of booking and non-refundable.
- Payment:
Visa, Master Card and Discover
credit cards are accepted.
A credit card imprint must be provided for all credit card
transactions at check-in.
Credit cards or cash only are accepted on arrival for the
balance of your stay. No refunds are given for shortened
stays.
- Cancellation: Full refund, less $30 handling fee upon 30 days notice for most nightly rentals. Reservations for Special Events, Major Holidays, Weekly, Monthly, and stays of 7 nights or longer require 60 days notice, less $200 handling fee. If cancellation occurs within the 30 or 60 day cancellation period, whichever applies, the entire stay is non-refundable.
- Returned Checks: Returned Checks:
A $75 check fee will be charged if a check is returned to
us by the bank for insufficient
funds.
- Office Hours: Our
office is conveniently
located with parking at 1075 Duval Street, C-19, and
we are open from 9 a.m.
to 6 p.m. daily. It is necessary to drop your keys off
at the office when checking out.

Effective June 1 to Nov. 30:
We do not refund for inclement weather, potential hurricanes, evacuation orders while a guest or other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment!
